Upselling
Built-in options that upgrade the stay
You can now offer upsellings options to your guests. Once set up, your guests will automatically see suggestions for early check-in and late check-out on their guest space.
Airbnb is now including cleaning fees directly in the total price displayed to guests. This change has been rolling out gradually since late April, but it’s become much more noticeable over August. After checking with their team, they confirmed that "Total price display is now the standard".
From October 1, Airbnb is updating cancellation policies rules. The grace period will be 24 hours (instead of 48 hours).The Strict policy will be removed. A new Limited (firm_14) policy will apply: guests get 50% back if they cancel 7–14 days before check-in; after that, it’s non-refundable. Please let us know if you’d like us to switch your listings to Firm or Limited, and we’ll take care of it for you.
