Smarter and more reliable

Maia has been improved:

Amenities you can trust: only verified amenities are shared, with instructions shown to guests only when relevant, no risk of sensitive notes leaking.
Smart upselling: Maia now acts like a personalized sales assistant, suggesting the right extras at the right moment with direct booking links.
Stay extensions made simple: when dates are available, Maia can automatically handle extension requests.
Cleaner ticket management: related tickets (created by Maia) are now grouped under one main ticket to cut down on clutter.

Each extra fee will now generate its own invoice after guest check-out.

Sender: depends on your setup (property manager or owner)
Recipient: always the guest
VAT: applied automatically with pre-filled rates based on market and fee type

Inline calendar

Faster and more flexible

The Inline Calendar has been enhanced with redesigned filters, improved sidebar functionality (including search and collapse/expand), and new zoom options for customized views. You can now drag the timeline, load data progressively for faster performance, and view larger timeline cells with property images at certain zoom levels. Additionally, reservation details now open in a scrollable tray via double-click for smoother navigation.
