Payment system
Triple split is now available!
Triple Split automatically divides each guest payment into owner earnings, property manager commission, and a cleaning fee that’s paid directly to the cleaning agency or agent, eliminating manual fund forwarding. It ensures the right recipient is paid instantly based on agent, agency, or property manager settings for a smoother, fully automated payout flow.
When creating a new reservation, you will now see a new Is it a returning guest? field with Yes/No buttons.
By default, Yes is preselected, allowing you to search and select an existing guest profile. Entering an email address will display a list of all guest profiles associated with that email. Once the correct guest is selected, the form automatically pre-fills their information: first name, last name, phone number and language.
RentalReady is now connected to Minut, a trusted third-party tool which provides noise monitoring devices. The integration between Minut and RentalReady allows you to automate guest notifications in case of loud noise detected in properties.
