Stripe Security Deposit
More flexibility for your deposit requests!
We updated deposits settings so you can now customize the request:
always capture the security deposit, giving you more protection
never capture the security deposit, avoiding guests complains for refund
capture if reservation lenght of stay is more than X days
You can now unblock the calendar for past dates directly, no need to contact support anymore.
Guest notifications
More flexibility!
Self check-in and check-in guest notifications can now be sent on the arrival day. You can now choose how many hour before check-in time guest will receive instructions.
Airbnb reservation cancellation through RentalReady
For some Airbnb reservations, it may not be possible to select a cancellation reason in RentalReady. This is expected behavior and means that the reservation cannot be cancelled on Airbnb either.
As we want RentalReady to always reflect the actual status on the OTA, and to avoid any risk of being penalized or banned by Airbnb, you do not need to contact support in these cases. Instead, please reach out directly to Airbnb so they can handle the cancellation. Once processed, the cancellation will be automatically reflected in RentalReady as expected.
