You can now create quotes directly from the Available properties search page, with custom pricing and dates automatically blocked until the quote expires. Guests can then review and pay through your RentalReady direct booking website.

Automated messages can go beyond guests. Send them to owners or any other email address you set, so the right people are kept in the loop without extra work on your side.

Security Deposit

Pre-authorisations renew automatically

Security deposit holds no longer lapse mid-stay. If you're using your own Stripe account, the pre-authorisation is refreshed automatically before it expires, so coverage stays continuous from booking to checkout. No action needed from you or your guests.
