Guest notifications
More control over when and how you message guests
We're upgrading guest notifications from fixed triggers to flexible, customisable smart triggers, so you can send the right message at the right moment. Your account manager will be in touch to guide you through the migration. You'll receive a confirmation once it's started, and another once it's complete.
You now have full control over what your agents can see and do in RentalReady. Set permissions by individual user or group, tailored to the way your team works. All existing permissions have been safely migrated, no action needed on your end.

Rental agreement
Get rental agreements signed before guests arrive
Guests can now sign a rental agreement digitally during the online pre-check-in process, no manual follow-up needed.
Vrbo now requires all listings in certain EU countries to include a valid national registration number by May 20th 2026, as part of the EU Short-Term Rental regulation. Please add your registration number to your listings before the deadline, listings without one risk being suspended, so it's worth acting on this sooner rather than later.

New integrations
You can now list your properties on Blueground directly from RentalReady. Blueground specialises in mid-term reservations, a straightforward way to reach longer-stay guests and keep your occupancy up outside peak season.
Electronic invoicing is being introduced across several markets. RentalReady will be ready ahead of each deadline, we'll keep you informed as the requirements take effect in your market, so there's nothing you need to do right now.
